Mello Mule, a summer cocktail

It’s Friday Friends!

The other day I was visiting with some friends. We were talking about summer cocktails and they mentioned a drink that they enjoyed (one night a little too much). Anyways, I decided to try it and share the recipe with you.

I am calling it the Mello Mule. It is a take on the Moscow mule. I served mine in crystal (below) even though my friends insisted that it is a “Solo Cup” kind of drink. It is a summer cocktail, but I like to call it a summer “drank”.

So, needless to say- this is a sweet drink. If you don’t like sweet drinks, then I wouldn’t recommend the Mello Mule.

It is good and one of those that you have to be careful consuming. It taste a lot like a cream soda. I think that it would make a great summer entertaining cocktail. This is one for the backyard, with friends, music and a sprinkler.

I hope everyone has a great weekend and drink responsibly.

Thanks for visiting, Carmody
