If you’re planning a day at the beach anytime soon don’t forget to bring home a pocket full of shells for making pretty seashell necklaces….DIY Style.

Find a cute little seashell.

The shell already had the perfect size opening.

Keep it natural or spray paint it for a different look. I chose a metallic gold color. Pick up an eye hook from the craft store and insert the eye hook through the shell.

Then slide the shell on a chain. Wear the seashell necklace with a summer dress, swimsuit or t-shirt and remember your day at the beach.
